LEED accredited additions and renovations to an existing fitness center at Crystal Mountain Resort. Additions included a new Spa, complete with locker rooms with Steam and Sauna rooms, Meditation Lounge, Vichy Room, and Therapy Rooms. Renovations to the existing fitness center created space for a Pool, Hot Tub, Strength and Cardio Equipment, Motion Studio, Physical Therapy Area and a Boutique. Our design scope included plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, snow melt, lighting, power distribution and fire alarm systems.
