Renovations to an existing 5,300 SF lower level to create a new Central Dispatch and Emergency Operations office for Benzie County.  Our design scope included plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, interior, exterior and site lighting, power distribution, backup generator, fire alarm, communications, and security systems.
