Project Type:

Construction of a new 25,500 square foot building Office and Training Facility, a 9,800 square foot Indoor Training Building, a 6,100 square foot Storage Building, and a 640 square foot Alternate Energy Demonstration Building all with LEED certification for Consumers Energy in Marshall. Alternate Energy systems included two (2) wind turbine generators, and two (2) sets of photovoltaic arrays (solar panels). Our design scope included plumbing, compressed air, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, lighting, power distribution with emergency generator and UPS and fire alarm systems.
