Renovations of a 47,209 square foot section of the existing historical Building 50 at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons into affordable housing units. The design and construction met LEED accreditation. Our design scope included plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, lighting, power distribution and fire alarm systems.
