Construction of a 23,172 SF, 1-story recreation facility with cardio room, group fitness, locker rooms, game room, gymnasium and a mechanical mezzanine. Our design scope included domestic plumbing, in-floor heating, snow melt system, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, lighting and power distribution, including primary power, systems.
