Construction of a new 2-story, mixed use, 37,359 SF city services building containing city offices and meeting rooms, city museum, police department, fire department, EMS department and MSU Extension offices. Our design scope included domestic plumbing, compressed air system, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, power distribution and backup generator.
