Project Type:

A 40,000 SF Office, Parking, and Service Building, a 15,800 SF Salt Barn, a 4,800 SF truck wash, and site improvements for a new Kingsley branch of the Grand Traverse County Road Commission. Our design scope included domestic plumbing, sand/oil separators, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, snow melt, in floor heating, gas monitoring, makeup air, interior, exterior, and site lighting, power distribution, generator backup power, fire alarm and technology systems.
