Project Type:

Construction of a new 17,000 SF single-story senior event center for Traverse City and Grand Traverse County.  Our design scope included plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, energy recovery, snow melt, infloor heating, geothermal heat exchanger, makeup air, interior, including RGB color changing lights, exterior and site lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, portable generator backup, and technology and communications systems.
